The love and attention we put into raising animals traditionally and growing their fodder is reflected in dishes with an authentic taste and quality that can surprise even the most demanding palate.
We follow the rhythm of nature, offering only 0 km products, which is why the menu varies according to the season.
Horse riding
We breed, train and sell reining horses,a prestigious American equestrian discipline that is increasingly popular in Italy as well. It is an opportunity for everyone, from the youngest and beginners – who have time to learn – to adults and expert riders, who can take the opportunity to perfect their technique.
